I recently had a disappointing experience with Sheila Smith when I called to inquire about a property I was interested in. Unfortunately, her response was quite rude, which left me questioning her suitability as a realtor. Effective communication and people skills are essential in this field, and it seems she may be lacking in those areas. Fortunately, there are many other realtors out there who would be more than willing to assist me with my inquiries. I would not recommend her.
I was calling Sheila Smith about a $720,000 property as I am in the market for a new home, absolutely talked down to me, shushed me on the phone and was just outright rude.. I’ve been trying to contact re/max capital city for 2 days now with zero response… I would avoid this place at all costs.. it’s already hard for agents to sell houses in this market, funny they get in their own way and make it even harder lost my business.
Best real estate brokerage ever! Blake Mayes and his amazing office manager, Kelly, are the thr most knowledgeable leadership in the Treasure Valley.
Left a message for Piers Lamb inquiring about a property he has listed, No return call or text. It’s too bad for him just lost a potential sale! Snooze you lose!!!!!
