Not good at all. Was interested in a property they had listed. Had Cannon Reality come over and look at my property to sell. He told me he would let me know in 1 to 2 days for a appraisal for my property.. Been 2 1/2 weeks now and even called and left a message wondering what's going on.. I haven't heard one word from him since he left.. I'm sure the property I was interested is long gone by now. Goodbye Cannon Reality
I rent a property managed by Bryan Skillstead, he doesn't get the job done. He fails to maintain the property. Grass doesn't get cut, gutters not cleaned with trees growing in the gutters, leaves left on the ground year after year that kills the grass and allows weeds to grow, weeds in flower beds, snow removal is none exsistant, sidewalks left icy and dangerous. Very dissatisfied with a job he gets paid to do. I would not give him a recommendation to manage any property.
Just your typical real estate site. Good for what is local....just didn't find what I was looking for.
Very friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile! They are the best, when you need a need the best.
