I highly recommend Susan and Molly for purchasing and buying property. I use them for my entire portfolio. Between the two of them, they have all of the desired traits for a very smooth and wonderful transaction.
It started off good at first, as we did get approved but it is never worth it. We had to deal with David Townsend. He was over all rude, pushy, and never liked an answer other than his own. This was my first time using Re/Max and it will also be my last. He made it the most confusing process possible. We were not informed on any paperwork or forms of the down deposit which was almost $2,000 for a $1,200 unit and then stated we had to get it in in 4 days. This is the fourth management company in 4 months. So far out of the four they have been the most professional, the most nice and the most responsive. Stay tuned.
