If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a very poor experience with Deana Pesek. Based on my experience, I had serious concerns about this agent’s communication and professionalism. A property had a 5pm offer deadline, and I messaged around 4pm asking to submit an offer. I received no response, followed up by phone at 4:30pm with no answer, and still did not hear back until about 5:40pm when she answered a call from a different number. Deedee Hill handled the sale of a house my husband and his brother inherited. She gave us advice ahead of time about things to get the house ready for sale. She did an amazing job of prepping the house, taking pictures and made a great listing. She also discussed pricing with us. The house was listed on a Friday and there were several private showings resulting in 3 great offers.
