I will be frank, I hired Heather Harris because she is hot!!!! She was clueless on tours so I hired attorney/ inspector Scott Bouis to tour with me. Scott prevented me from making poor purchasing decisions, I wish he was a woman with a rack.
I was worried about the general incompetence of Realtors until I met Scott. Scott made an incredible comparative market analysis and used multiple methods. With his comprehensive analysis, I was sure my house was priced right to maximize the monies I could achieve without a prolonged closing experience. The buyer had a big shot Realtor that tried to strong arm us to lower the sale price, but Scott is a seasoned negotiator from his mediation skills. It was just so impressive.

I went thru a divorce. I did not think I could ever reach a resolution with my wife. Scott helped me thru the process and even listed our house as a realtor. He provided professional photography at no additional cost and our photos were stunning. Scott continues to be the best mediator for the dollar and this is why he never has lost a mediation.
