When a Form 9 Entry Notice is issued to Tenants please make sure it’s filled out correctly. Both Shanae (SMS Sent 8//09/2026) and Lorraine (email sent 8/09/2026) asking why didn’t the Representative from TPM Claims not show up for the Roof Inspection on 8/09/2026, no time was stipulated on Form 9 as required! I stayed Home all day to make sure if they needed to get into the back yard I was there for them. As of 10/09/2026 I’ve heard nothing back from Remax, no email, call or SMS. Jen Lovison is a very nice property manager. Very friendly and approachable. Whatever I have problems with my townhouse and emailed her, she’s always responding straight away and handyman will come to my place the same day. She’s excellent kind of person . I like it like that.
As Jordan has grown up in the area he has a great knowledge of the area and it is trending. He did not inflate any expectations and gave his honest opinion.
