My company had a transaction with Bonnie Garrett and it didn't go well. It was very frustrating from start to finish. We weren't able to get documents timely or responses to our emails. I wouldn't use again.
I have been in a transaction involving Bonnie Garrett- its been a nightmare i would not ever deal with her again. She scheduled a closing without my consent, sent me the wrong title policy doesn't answer questions. She did everything possible to disrupt the closing process .
