I can not comment on everyone at this office, but have been VERY disappointed with one of their realtors. My realtor has been working with me on a vacant parcel in Manistee that is listed through Scott Fransee. He has been very unprofessional, and has not kept my realtor in the loop, and is not prompt at answering messages. He also failed to disclose things about the property, as did the seller. Because I feel his boss is also aware of his shortcomings, I can't recommend using this office.
I have Chris Diebel as my agent he definitely goes above and beyond and what I like about him the most that he always checks in with updates making sure that I am kept in the loop
