Stay clear of Remax of Northfield, NJ. I used them to sell my house and they were the worst company to deal with. Never returned calls and we were lied to throughout the selling process.
Linda is the best! I bought my first house with her help and the process was easy and fast. I was able to close under 2 months. She was always there for me whenever I needed here even on her days off. The experience was the best, when it was time to sell the house I didn’t think twice to go anywhere else. We both purchased our home and sold our home with Linda Falzani and Remax Atlantic. Our home was sold very quickly and both the buying and selling process was very pleasant and stress free. They were super easy to work with and always very responsive at all times of day and even all throughout the week. Linda is very knowledgeable about the area and overall is very professional in her business. You can tell they really care for their clients as they are always going above and beyond!
Once the contract was signed, we had no say or input on the sale of our home. Our agent Linda Falzani ignored us lied and decided us out of money. There are plenty of other brokers around. Please don't put yourself through what we went through.
