Can't trust them. Their agent said our offer was accepted. Then they came back and said it was outbid. Either they are playing us dirty or they are incompetent. How are we to trust them? They could be playing us against ourselves, to put in a higher bid against a ghost offer. Or, they said accepted when they should have known more bids would be coming in. Either way it's bad business. Deal with them at your own risk.
Cindy Benson from RE/MAX at Home played a key role in my acquisition of an investment property that I plan to rehab and flip quickly.
