Incredibly nice before we bought our home from him, after the fact we've received nothing but bad attitude. Don't be fooled into thinking you'll have access to amenities around the par 3 sewage smelling golf course, that's reserved only for the folks who own an RV or have a golf cart, not members of the neighborhood. If you're caught lawfully fishing in the creek, Brett will gladly tell you to "get the F out of there" in front of his golfing buddies and talk down to you like you're trash.
