I previously submitted a 1 star rating on Remax ALOHA HOMES & the owner responded by trying to distance the company from my complaint saying they have no connection to Remax Aloha Home, they are Aloha Homes. Funny thing is I just received my 1099-Misc from them & their name is Remax Aloha Homes. I don't know who they're trying to fool, maybe they don't want to deal with a 1 star complaint. Remax Aloha Homes has been a nightmare management team, starting with the property manager. Remax took over my 2 rental properties, 1 of which is a Chapter 8 rental (subsidized rent) & she did not go through the proper channels to get the Chapter 8 paper work going so the State of Hawaii kept sending my reimbursement to the previous management company. Tenant was sending her portion to Remax, whereas the state at one point did not know where to send my portion so I did not get paid. It became very chaotic & within 6 months o... read more

Sasha was proactive in the sale of my father's home. Communication is the key and she answered all our questions and gave her expert advice when asked. She is reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. She handled our rental for 3 years until it was time to sell and we got a great price for the market! She's a super realtor in my book!
