We don’t know where to begin. Cathy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our DREAM home when we had almost given up hope. We began our home search remotely from out of state. To be fair… have you ever had someone so intent on making you happy they seemingly would sacrifice space and time for you? Regardless of the outcome, whether they got what they wanted or not, it was irrelevant, as long as you came out on top. It is a rough real estate market for the seller in Denver but Natalie sold mine in a all cash deal and contingence of selling my home. She helped me make decisions on what and what not to do in order to prepare for sale and negotiated a really satisfactory contract that covered my needs. Buyer agreed to not coming back at me on inspection. What they saw is what they got unless it was health oriented. Whatever your needs,buyer or seller; Natalie has plenty of experience and can get the deal done!
