It is a rough real estate market for the seller in Denver but Natalie sold mine in a all cash deal and contingence of selling my home. She helped me make decisions on what and what not to do in order to prepare for sale and negotiated a really satisfactory contract that covered my needs. Buyer agreed to not coming back at me on inspection. What they saw is what they got unless it was health oriented.
