Greg was always very honest and realistic with us about how much we could sell our home for and what we could expect from a house in our price range. He gave amazing advice for staging the home we sold. His communication was excellent. He kept us in the loop. When closings were delayed due to lenders and other realtor, he was aggressive in getting issues remedied. 100% recommended him for selling your home and purchasing another.
What I liked working with Greg, is that he didn't try to oversell the homes we were looking at. Rather, he was rather meticulous and honest about pointing out the pro's & cons. If I ever buy or sell a home again, Greg will be my Realtor.
