Not helpful. Seemed to make looking for a house difficult. Very frustrating
New to the area.....stopped in to talk to the owner/broker. Not in, secretary said would have her call me, 2 weeks later no call! I bet if I was selling a million dollar home, I'd received a call the evening of the day I stopped in! I'll find another realtor!
We worked with Sherie Kelly to purchase our first home in November. Timing is everything in this current market, and she was able to ensure viewings as soon as new listings hit the market. She made sure our documents were ready to go so we could submit our offer as soon as possible and she made it a point to make time in her schedule to be there for our inspections so we could negotiate a better price.
