This company is HORRIBLE - ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY get screwed over by AGENT and they don’t care! They will do anything and everything to screw you out of money and rent units that are FILTHY and in need of repairs! Move in clean had to be done by tenant as well as minor repairs AND painting. Broken doors (that took over 6 months to replace), had to replace drip pans under burners due to previous disgusting tenants - the rental company / agent DOES NOT CARE! ReMax Allegiance is the worst place to work with. I hired Greg Culbertson to sell and buy for me and he did trouble job. Greg never represented me on the buying and refereed me to two other and worse agent such as Brain Block, and Chuck Klein. They both did the worst job on buying side and ended up to lose the favorite house and finally I fired all three agent. They're extremely inexperience and do not have knowledgeable of the real state. I do not recommend any of them.
In my 16 permanent moves, my first experience with Irina Babb has been the best real estate agent I have ever met. Her expertise, responsiveness, and smooth communication style permitted a seamless transaction to sell my condo at an excellent price in record time. I recommend her very highly!!
