Drove an hour to look at one of their listing in Delaware. The code for the key box that was listed in the MLS was incorrect. After contacting her the listing agent provided a different code that still did not work. After 3 people trying the provided codes the listing agent insisted that it is the correct code. After that the listing agent stopped responding to my agent. I feel bad for the sellers because I am sure I was not the only person interested who was not able to look at the property.

📣 🚨 Mrs. Ginnah Ungashick assisted my family through our first home buying process. I’m a nightmare buyer. We probably stepped into the market a bit early as we under estimated how picky we were. It’s a year and a gals later, Probably atleast 8-10 showings, we backed out of One contract due to sketchy sellers & all of which were 35 minutes + from Ginnah.
