This has to be the worst realtor I've ever contacted. I contacted the realtor about a property I was interested in. Jenifer was supposed to email me information on the property, she never did. I decided to send her an email, she never responded, so I called the office and left several messages to which she never returned any of me messages. Absolutely dreadful experience with Gina Arthur during the sale of our home. She represented the buyers and mishandled the entire transaction from start to finish. Her communication with our agent was consistently poor, from the initial showing to the closing, and she failed to address/communicate negotiation and repair requests from her clients. The realtor expertly answered all of our questions with their extensive knowledge. She was very patient and a delight to work with. The staff was very personable and accommodating.
