They will have you sign a lease and then wash their hands when you start having issues. We rented a place through them that was not following any of the city and fire dept guidelines for safety. We had to have multiple renovations in the unit while we were there to make it right. Terrible customer experience.
Russ and Deb are excellent to work with. Very responsive and extremely helpful as we were selling property from afar. They were great about checking on house and also patient with questions and requests.
