She was no help at all. She kept on repeating that she doesn't know about zoning on a listing she has for vacant land. If she has 20 years experience, it must be hidden somewhere. She also kept saying that the Los Angeles county has been making it hard to develop in any vacant land. She then goes into why buying a house is better. I don't want a house lady, I want land to build a cabin in. I'm not worried about sewage water or power. But she kept insisting I wouldn't be able to anything.
