Beware Alexandra Hodkin is renting a house in Merritt Island. We went through the process and when the time came to sign the lease, she kept saying that hot water and cooling was utilities to be paid by the tenant, which is ok, but instead she checked the boxes under the maintenance for those items. She got the landlord to believe that maintenance means utility. We loss our application fee and time going through the process. Definitely unprofessional and unknowledgeable.
Excell staff

Rick was an awesome Realtor who helped us through a difficult closing process due to the underwriter. He was with us the whole way!! Thanks Rick!!
