Remax is the worst company by far to purchase a house from. They may be great to use as a seller because things WILL be brushed under the carpet. I bought a house and past all inspections except the water heater it was replaced by seller. What happened after that blew my mind the seller had squatters that were family and friends in house after inspections were completed. A nice pool flowing with no leaks that were seen or inspections caught turned into a green pool that had a huge leak in a water feature that looks like it w... read more
