I was able to host the holiday season in my first home thanks to Alice Scifo! As a first-time home buyer and a Veteran using the VA Home Loan, I had a million questions and Alice walked me through everything with patience and understanding. We faced a low appraisal and I genuinely thought I was going to lose the house but somehow Alice was able to pull through for me and negotiate with the sellers. Not only was she able to get me seller credit, I ended up being handed back cash as well!
