We were approached by a buyer and Re/max advisor to buy our property. When they saw we didn't have a realtor, Andrew Velez, PA told us he would be our "mediator" for both and only charge 3points. His buyer offered (same as 4 yrs ago) and said that was what he thought the property would be worth. (appraise at). He said he was a professional and knew these things.
