Met Melissa M. at open house. Very rude & disinterested! We were ignored the whole time while she talked on her cell phone. She was on speaker and was talking to someone about another client and their house, while discussing personal details about them. What happened to confidentiality? Do not trust for commercial leasing! Agent allowed a competition business to exist one door away from ours! My brother who is on the lease is my partner, and we have tried to resolve the issue when it appeared, just to be told that we don't have exclusive in the plaza. The agent who represents our property owners, is rude and arrogant. She knows who she is!
You have your agents walking house to house asking elderly people if they are going to sell their house. Asking personal information about who lives there and how many children you have? Then continue and say they’re gonna send their family over to do yard work. Not listening at all to the house owner when she saids no, no thank you. And yet has the nerve to tell her relative to leave? Here’s a tip if they want to sell their house they’ll call you. STOP KNOCKING ON DOORS.
