Lisa was completely unresponsive to my agent, Larry the owner wanted to take no responsibility for his agent and said my agent should just check the MLS because of Lisa's unresponsiveness. I submitted an offer, Lisa never got back to my agent, Larry, the owner, said that my agent should just be checking the MLS and that we never should have gotten a courtesy call about the offer not being accepted.
