Rick and I worked with Andreas Collum when purchasing our home in Okanogan, WA. He was fabulous to work with. He took our text/phone call whenever we had questions and there were lots of them! He met whoever needed to be met at the new house in our absence as we live in Seattle. Not once was he inpatient with us. We give him 5 Stars!
Andreas was very helpful from our first meeting over a year ago and all through our recent property purchase. He was communicative throughout and always happy to meet with us and show us around.
Not a good first impression. Go with your gut. Watch out for snakes.
Andreas was overall outstanding, he helped with the entire process as first time home buyers. Andreas was very patient and knowledgeable. I will recommend him every time.
