DO NOT USE AUSTIN HOLTZMAN from this agency. He single handedly did not serve his client. We were negotiating a farm deal and he told our broker exactly how we should counter to "get a deal done". The property sold for 2.4 and we easily would have paid 2.6. Austin guided us to offer 1.95 and we even offered him additional commission because his seller lowered his.
