Clayton was awesome. He gave us a fair estimate of the fair market value and we had great traffic at that price point. We ended up selling for almost exactly the estimate he provided us. He then walked us through the whole process and made sure that he stayed on top of the buyers agent and title company so that both parties can enjoy a smooth transition. We highly recommend Clayton Hays as a realtor.
Went to look at a property. The map of the property he shows, and the pictures he provides are misleading. After further questioning a supposed survey was provided showing the lot boundaries and comparative size. If this had been provided in the listing it eoul have saved me a lengthy trip. I do not have a good feeling about Clayton Hays.
