She will find every single way to save her cost and to earn every cent from you, without telling you until the last minute, or whenever you discover the tiny hidden change, whichever comes first. Louise Lovewell and her Team at Re-Max in Castro Valley did a great job of selling my San Leandro house. I was kept advised every step of the way. She respected my wishes to sell the house "as is," offering suggestions for minor upgrades to make the house more appealing. Her experience enabled her to take care of all inspections and repairs with little worry on my part. There were two open houses and the house was sold!
