Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. Went to an open house for a rental property manged by one of their employees, Mark (Yuan Sheng) Lin. He knew nothing about the house, was clearly not interested in even being there, and was not helpful at all. I was interested in the property, however he didn't even know how to properly apply to rent the property. After finally figuring out that I needed to apply through Zillow, I filled out the application and paid the application fee. I received an email from Zillow a few days later... read more
