Absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible. Went to an open house for a rental property manged by one of their employees, Mark (Yuan Sheng) Lin. He knew nothing about the house, was clearly not interested in even being there, and was not helpful at all. I was interested in the property, however he didn't even know how to properly apply to rent the property.
