She was the seller agent in a house I bought. After closing and moving in I discovered that there was a major bed bug infestation inside. The bug were just dormant during the showing and inspection. The kicker is that Susie and the seller absolutely knew about this (my neighbors had even talked to them about it!) but they covered over it and did not disclose it during the sale.
