Super unprofessional. I called about a month ago and was told they would reach back out to schedule an in person appointment. NEVER got a call back it’s like my calls get ignored. When I went in person I got racially profiled and insulted to my face. NEVER EVER go here!
This company is not good. They have a realtor name Reina Hernandez. Who my friend crystal hired to sell her house. Well Reina Hernandez lied to her about a man that was going to buy the house and then he did not. And Reina Hernandez locked my friend crystal out of her own house that she had hired Reina Hernandez to sell for my friend crystal. For no reason she locked my friend crystal out of her own house. Reina Hernandez is not a good realtor. Stay away from Reina Hernandez if you want to sell your house.
Reina Hernandez try to sell my house. My house didn’t sell then she lock me out of my house for no reason after the buyer back out. She also lie about how he was an old men but me and my friend seen 2 young males when I was trying to get my wild kitty. I will never wanted her to sell this house in the first place because she don’t know how to tell the truth and my house keep on getting push back for no reason after 30 days. Y’all need to fired her
Amy and her staff are a team of great professionals. Their strictness, closeness to the client and great knowledge of all areas of the real estate industry make their agency clearly the best of Virginia. A very human company. Definitely recommended.
