Walked in kinda lost but the receptionist was super nice and got me with an agent right away. didn't waste time and I actually found a space faster than I thought. good ppl here!

This company runs parking lots using automated systems, but their business practices are extremely deceptive. I parked at their parking lot and paid for my time, yet still received a “violation notice” demanding an excessive fee. Unclear or misleading signage about rates and enforcement. Payment system errors — even with proof of payment, they claimed I didn’t pay. Predatory billing tactics — invoices that look like government tickets but are not. No real customer support — no way to dispute
