This company runs parking lots using automated systems, but their business practices are extremely deceptive. I parked at their parking lot and paid for my time, yet still received a “violation notice” demanding an excessive fee. Unclear or misleading signage about rates and enforcement. Payment system errors — even with proof of payment, they claimed I didn’t pay. Predatory billing tactics — invoices that look like government tickets but are not. No real customer support — no way to dispute
Horrible communication. Don’t waste your time
I had such a pleasant experience working with Yulianela Garces and her assistant Maya. Maya was very kind to meet me early on a Saturday morning to look at the property inside & she was patient as I inspected every inch of the property, asked questions and took measurements (yes, I was that client because I am downsizing but I still needed the rooms to not be a shoebox lol).
