Amazing service!
This realtor is very wonderful and they are great people and helped us tremendously in a last minute home search. After an Odyssee trying to find a decent house / home the way the showing went in a calm professional fashion helping over all obstacles with 48h the deal was sealed and the lease soon after. This was not easy. The rental market is a mess and it is rare to find something appropriate thanks to Mya and Julianela for their kindness and support. Extremely pleased and strongly recommend.
Janet Kramer was outright rude and had the nerve to say she was “too occupied” to service us—as if that somehow excuses her behavior. If you’re too busy to work with clients, don’t be in a client-facing profession. The tone was dismissive, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No courtesy, no professionalism, no effort—just attitude. This was one of the worst interactions I’ve had with a realtor, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid dealing with her unless you enjoy being talked down to and brushed off.
Peter is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He understands both the transactional and operational side of real estate and manages properties with care and precision. Highly recommend.
