Our agent Anne Lane, was the best agent we could have asked for. Not only does she know our area well, she is a very experienced agent that is prepared to deal with any issues that may arise. Even though we may not have been her only client she made us feel like we were her top priority at any moment. She was an agent that identified our wants & needs and would send us listing immediately. If you want an agent that hustles, is professional, knowledgeable & caring, look no further.
Do not work with Susan Keenan and RE/MAX 360. She is unprofessional, unethical, rude and lies. I unfortunately hired Keenan to rent one of my apartments. She gave a good talk and convinced me to engage her services and RE/MAX 360. Once I signed an exclusive agreement with Keenan, I basically never heard from her again. I had the most wonderful experience working with Erin Lamb, she was welcoming, kind, and extremely organized in my home search. She accommodated to my schedule very well and responded almost immediately to every question I had. I could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend!!
