Many promises that were not fulfilled and expectations that were not fulfilled AND Worst Company. In the last year (2018) I had to email/call Dave Gray to remind him of my payment is LATE (a week or 3 week ) he is the most irresponsible agent we found in our life and full of lies. We purchased our home from Remax and when we PCS'd we went with them to manage our property. At first the communication was great but slowly but surely communication stopped and we had to always reach out to Kathy Fry the property manager for updates on our property. Being a military family it's stressful not knowing what is going on with your house and having the payments not hitting your account until the 15th of every month.
