We are from buyer side. Maxime was seller’s side. Horrible experience. Never responded calls, delayed answers that took up to two weeks. Never showed up to any visits, never showed up anywhere, simply getting his commission cheque without even showing his face. Made a mistake in the seller’s declaration and almost caused the deal to fall apart AT the notary on the last day. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
