I don’t know if Shawn Beard likes to lie or if it is plain incompetence but their ad for my rental home shows cats allowed on redfin.com today August 11, 2026 even though the owner denied a cat despite the ad. The lease does not explicity say no cats allowed. Been waiting months for my sprinklers to be repaired. My wife is planning on filing a complaint against his license. I am not yet but I am pretty upset at the way I have been treated.Then the owner offered me an option to break lease early then went back on their offer.... read more
They have reasonable expectations and always follow through with vendor payments.
