Gina knows the real estate business, the local market, and gets the job done. Isn’t that what everyone looks for? Certainly that is the case for us. We have worked with Gina over the years both buying and selling. Most recently we sold our primary home and Gina and her assistant Brian were both encouraging and resourceful in getting our home sold. We moved from our beloved Marquette and should we choose to return some day we will call Gina!

We are very happy with our home and glad that we chose to go with Gina. We requested many home tours last minute as we were trying to find our home as quickly as possible. Gina and Brian were able to set up these tours last minute. During the home tours, Brian provided us with all of the information we needed to make the decision and he also made the tours fun. Gina communicated with us very well during the entire process.

They kept us informed throughout the entire process beginning with creating the listing, through the showings, while negotiating the sale, and during the final closing. The virtual tour that was included in the listing was very impressive.
