We had a very bad experiment with Jon Klein. He pushed us to keep going higher and higher on our offer. He was not transparent with us from the beginning. He also mentioned to us that if we bring in our own Agent we won't have a chance to purchase the house. We also never signed the Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement unitl a week later and that was back dated.
Upon moving to the area and beginning our search for the perfect home, we put our trust in Jon to navigate us through. He truly became like family to us throughout the process. Jon took his time with us through each home and really got to know exactly who we are and what we were looking for for.
