These guys are slime- the owner admits he allows his agents to use " legal but unethical" tactics . They had 2 fully executed contracts - ours and someone else's- on a property at the same time. We almost shelled out thousands for inspections only to find out that someone else was also inspecting the property - Total accident! We never would have known if we didn't-- by chance --call the same inspector!!
