This agent is completely unprofessional, as well as as his father. He did not keep me informed of any of the details regarding the sale of a property until the very last minute. He said that it wasn’t his responsibility to contact the title company to set up the terms of closing. He forwarded a name and an address, but no telephone number. He was notified that I did not live in the area and we need to do stuff remotely and at the last second said that he was never notified of this. Do yourself a favor. Very professional, and very polite. They will do their best, to find you the place that's right for you. They're very good at what they do.
All about making sure they get the biggest commission possible. Won't help you talk down the buyer, well it was a double commission, are they not supposed to have you sign some kind of acknowledgment about that? No! They make sure they refer you to people that charge you almost $4k in charges for inspections and appraisals. KICKBACKS MUCH?!? Why isn't the a zero star rating?!?
