I was paid today. Jason said he had family trouble. And that’s the reason for the delay.
This agent is completely unprofessional, as well as as his father. He did not keep me informed of any of the details regarding the sale of a property until the very last minute. He said that it wasn’t his responsibility to contact the title company to set up the terms of closing. He forwarded a name and an address, but no telephone number. He was notified that I did not live in the area and we need to do stuff remotely and at the last second said that he was never notified of this. Do yourself a favor.
