As I did not work directly with ReMax 1st advantage, I found that they were extremely unorganized and not completing steps that delayed the closing of my home. It took multiple phone calls by my realtor and lawyer to get inspections scheduled, that were “apparently” already scheduled etc. The realtor lied about making appointments and the town was called and this was verified as well as missing scheduled inspections appointments.
