You see Teresa Luttrell's sign everywhere because she does not actually sell homes. We have been with her for 3 months and the most she has done is put our listing on MLS and put a sign in our front yard. She has yet to show it herself, put fliers on the sign or even run an ad for us. No we did not expect her to sell it in 3 months but her showing some interest in us would be nice.
