UNPROFESSIONAL!!
I would be wary of a realtor that represents themselves and not the client. Went to look at a house today on Beeson Rd and there was a showing earlier today. The realtor communicated with my realtor that the sellers accepted an offer while we were viewing the property from a buyer who had not even viewed the house. Bottom line is the realtor did not inform the sellers there were two other potential buyers because the buyer who signed the contract was that realtors client so she didn’t have to split the commission. My son called Julius Farmer about a property in Bluefield wv and asked to see the property that evening but julius said no. He then told him that if it looked as good as the ad we would pay $1000. My son asked for a viewing the next morning. julius stated he couldn't show the property till 7pm. My son said well I want to see it first and julius said he was the first one to see it the next day.
