Heath and the ReMax team are top notch!! I moved here from out of state and needed a specific type place quickly. He had the perfect spot for me the next day. They treat you like family and not a renter. Call Heath, and thank me later!
Since I was a tenant of Remax, I must say that they are punctual about reminders and , may I add, to the point of harassment on rent payments. So much so, that I had to photograph my payment, prior to dropping it into the mail slot at the post office. Yet, the monthly threats came until they went to the post office, because they used a post office box, in the early days, prior to their move to Ryland. Smooth and good experience. Patient, helpful, and dedicated. We viewed a lot of houses and she was always ready to show, pointed out items of concern and highlights, and didn’t push me in any direction. She let me choose what I wanted and gave me the time and comfort to do so.

Excellent Realtor!! Karen is a great agent! She really listened to us and what we were looking for. She was readily available to go look at properties and she worked around our schedule. This was the first house we've bought together and she made the process so smooth and easy for us. She kept the process low stress for us and that was very important.
