I used Emily Albeck from this office. She put a sign in my yard and waited for people to call her. Never did a step more then that. The only thing she would say is "well...the market is real bad right now and no ones selling anywhere". When in fact, houses where being sold all over town by competent, active agents. She wasn't even physicall able to go up into my finished attic, or basement with prospective buyers (she insisted that "they all look the same) Please, go to another agency.
