I walked in Tuesday 03/10/2020, am interested in buying a fixer upper. Spoke to José Luis Miranda and was told he was going to email me the listings of available properties that range with in my budget. Have not received no email nor any reply’s in reasons to delays. Only a response from a text that I sent on 03/12/2020, stating I was going to receive it later on that day. If your winnings will be low and you are not interested in helping I prefer to be told up front so I can keep moving on to another agent.
The service depends on who you pick as an agent. There are those that will help you sell and buy another home. Then there are those that only concentrate on selling your property. That's how I got stuck now with 2 agents because the first one only wants to sell my home. Always ask and if you see that person act differently....get another agent
