Just finished chatting on the chat for Re-Ink and feel so relieved. Dave provided resolution to my issue very quickly without any hassle. I really value a company like this that stands behind the product and offers convenience to resolve issues. My cartridges became defectives after a firmware update, Dave took care of me.

After REPEATED attempts to get this company to stop spamming me, I received yet another email selling something I don’t need. The first issue is I’m on a mailing list I NEVER signed up for. And then even when I go to click unsubscribe and it says error, please refresh. I can’t even get out of the stupid spam emails and I’ve asked to never be reached out to again yet here we are. Terribly run business if you can’t even get this part correct. Will be submitting a formal complaint as well to the BBB due to their spam marketing ... read more

Re-Ink is the best in the biz. They get me my orders in blazing speed. David is great to work with. Glad I found them and no longer have to rely on Office Max or Office Depot trips.

Do not purchase any ink from this company. The cartridges that were delivered to our office look like part of them were chiseled out in order to make them fit our printers. Our printers did not accept them, showing an error message stating the cartridge was damaged. Upon further inspection, one of the cartridges that was sent to us was completely different than what our printer required. A new label was slapped on top of the old one which gave us proof that what we received was intentionally the wrong ink cartridge. The orig... read more
